Who we are
Caltoncrest (“we”, “us”) is an ABM platform and marketing agency serving B2B companies in Spain. You can contact us at info@caltoncrest.com.
What we collect
If you submit the demo form, we collect your name, company, email address, sales team size, optional message, language, and any plan you selected. We also receive basic technical data from your browser request (such as IP address and user agent) as part of delivering the form.
Why we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a demo, and — if you become a client — to provide our services. The legal basis is your consent (the form checkbox) and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered through Formspark, a form backend that emails us the contents. Before the form is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission is not automated; to do that it receives your IP address and basic browser signals. Aggregate usage statistics are processed by Google through its measurement tag. We do not sell your data or add you to marketing lists from this form.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless we need it longer to provide a service or meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or UK you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish AEPD or your local authority. Email info@caltoncrest.com to exercise these rights.
International transfers
Formspark, Cloudflare, Google and our email provider may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
